I highly recommend this company. Olivier came over to check out what we thought could be a rat problem. He was professional, thorough, patient, and very knowledgeable, helping us to quickly identify the actual problem (turned out to be mice) and implement a treatment plan (combination of poison and traps). He was also on time, polite, and just generally really nice. Plus he speaks perfect English. If you think you may have an infestation problem of some kind, you should definitely call this company!read more

Amazing and experienced staff. Products reasonably priced (same price if not cheaper than you'll find anywhere else). One of the things I love most about this place is that they have a glass counter full of different dead bugs with a label of their names. The technician Paul that came to set rat traps was very professional super friendly and answered all our questions. He also pointed out frayed wiring that could be a fire hazard and made suggestions on how to proceed. He was extra nice to my dog which is always appreciated. Great job !read more

I had a little pest issue about two weeks ago. A little mice made it's way into my home. I contacted ABC Pest Control, in panic because I wanted the best of the best to help me! I had a bad experience in the past with a shady exterminator group. I am very glad that I called ABC. I had Eric, he was beyond exceptional! Very thorough, kind and patient! He answered all of my questions. After I caught the mice, thanks to his lovely trap, he came back and made sure to explain me the necessary measures needed to be taken for any future appearances. If you're having a pest issue, ask for Eric! I promise you won't be disappointed!read more

Another of my suppliers recounted to me yesterday what his mom told him as a child - "you can make money In 2 different ways: One, you can screw the person who comes to you for service and make a bit more then, Or you can serve them well and they will help feed you for 20 years'. ABC is the latter: The culture of their business is to, firstly, best advise their clients. That is, they put the clients interest first then make their money by being of service. On several occasions they have given me advice which is to their detriment and my benefit. This is why I always call them and refer them for any service they provide and consider them my go-to choice and partner in my endeavours.read more

We had our second appointment today. Christian was very understanding and professional. He was really patient answering our questions, and assuring us that we are leaving the house in good hands. So far, we have had a good experience with ABC in all of the appointments. They know what they are doing, and they are there for you throughout the whole process. ABC Extermination's team recently provided us with A1 service. We dealt with several representatives, each one more knowledgeable than the next. They took the time to understand our situation, explain what they were doing, and provide helpful information. Most importantly, they helped us in an emergency, rearranging their work to send someone over to us within 1 hour of our call! We were so relieved and want to send a big "thank you" to Eric, who was absolutely fantastic. He came to our house with very short notice, took care of our problem with great expertise, courtesy and professionalism. He also shared some useful information that really put us at ease. We're currently in the process of getting our apartment treated for bed bugs by this company. The phone call was well handled, everything was explained clearly and thoroughly, as well as having all my questions answered.When Christian came by to do an inspection he really put all my concerns at ease. Answered all my questions, was respectful and gave very good advice.Since the treatment is still underway I cannot give a review on that yet but I have high hopes. I will post another review in 3-4 weeks when both treatments are done with.read more

ABC Extermination came recommended so called them for my pest problem. The technician Eric Corcoran was amazing. Knowledgeable and extremely kind and patient with me. There is nothing more stressing then a pest problem. I had a million questions and wanted to avoid having to deal with this again. We are very satisfied with the experience we had with ABC's services. We started off on the wrong foot feeling underwhelmed with the initial inspection we received, but when I called to share feedback, they went above and beyond to turn our experience around. We were particularly impressed with the service offered by Eric, who exceeded our expectations throughout. Eric was very knowledgeable, professional, considerate about not dirtying the house with workboots, etc. (he was the only one of the three inspectors who was mindful of this - these small details go a long way), and exceptionally cheerful and polite.
