The service is very bad. I had an appointment scheduled on a saturday and the technician did not show up. I called them and they said they had a computer issues with scheduling so hey would call me back. I've called them 3 times to re-schedule and still no return of calls. I don't recommend this company to anyone.read more

When my air conditioner stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year, I called Airvitech. They responded quickly and had a technician at my door the next day. Very disappointed at the service! My husband and I made like over twelve phone calls to book the appointment for our heat pump. They finally gave us an appointment, but there was no technician showed up. Even worse, I've already called them three times to ask what happened, every time they asked me to leave the phone number and promised to call me back soon, but so far still nobody calls me back and tells me what's going on. Never had such a bad customer experience like that! Are they really doing business???read more
