No comment on Sentinal, so I put in the company's usual five stars to get into the review site, but negative stars for the completely false and misleading Google translation of one dissatisfied customer. Customer said the tech UNDERSTOOD LITTLE of his problem; but Google said tech UNDERSTOOD HIS LITTLE PROBLEM, pretty much the opposite of the customer's comment.. Customer said... and NOTHING WAS FIXED but Google said AND HAS NOTHING SET, which doesn't mean anything.. A translation like this is worse than uselessread more
The reps were great - the fact that the reps have a limited amount of information and access extended the duration of the request, required additional effort from their staff members and caused frustration for the employee on my end who was pending a reply. I give it 4 stars because the reps saved the day :)read more
