Incredibly satisfied with my move yesterday. It was easy to book, they brought the largest truck, 4 men and moved our family of 6 in under 5 hours. The team made a stressful time so much easier. Not being from Montreal, I just looked up moving companies online and Anber was the first and only company I reached out to. I believe that I made the right choice by choosing Anber Moving and Storage to move my son's apartment contents from Quebec to Ontario. Graham was easy to deal with over the phone. He asked the correct questions to help him determine what the price would be to move. In my opinion, the price was on point and fair. We had a lot of friendly communication back and forth to make the moving arrangements. The day of the move Alex, Alex and Andre arrived on schedule. They were courteous, friendly and professional. Everything was moved into my son's condo efficiently and with care. It was a pleasure to deal with The Anber Moving and Storage Company and I would highly recommend them.read more

It had a great experience with Anber. I have recently moved a couple of times for works. By far, this was the best experience, ever. The team that they send was very professional but very friendly. They worked fast and took a very good care of our belongings. This was a big-size move and we didn't even lost a glass, not even one scratch on our appliances nor furniture!!! This company sent 3 guys. They showed up on time, they all had a great sense of humour and were really professional. Wrapped every item in protective blankets and were very careful not to damage walls going down the stairs. They unloaded very carefully at the new destination and were right on the estimated time and costs. I highly recommend them.It was a very comfortable experience dealing with them.read more

The great part of the entire experience started with the customer service when I first called; straight to the point, very informative, reasonably priced, and just pleasant to speak to. Even more so, the movers were extremely professional, worked quickly and efficiently, and really nice/fun people to be around. Just an overall incredible experience from beginning to end. I used their services 4 years ago, and they were fine that time!, recently, I used their services again, and had to make a move on Sunday. The company sent me two movers, One of the movers was not happy, and all time was swearing in his language, and almost blaming me that i made him work in his weekend! besides in the end, they broke two decorated lighters, and told me its expected! I won't use their services anymore , specially i submit a complain and no action taken.read more

Great moving company, not the cheapest but fast, reliable and very thorough and professional, I can clearly recommend Anber. Those moving companies that offer you moving for $700 no matter where, are scams --- I found out the hard way. This is the real deal and very professional.read more

Anber was recommended by a friend who has used their services at least three times. I have used them twice and recommended them to two others who used them and were very satisfied. Well-organized & responsive, with efficient, hard-working moving guys. Possibly not the cheapest but excellent value for money IMHO.read more

Very Pathetic Service. They broke my TV and other fragile items as well during the move. Even though I bought the insurance with the move but they refused for the insurance claim. The staff was very rude when discussing about the broken items. They make big claims to get the service but actually they are really bad.They are very unprofessional. I dont recommend anber mover at allread more

Anber did a fantastic job helping me move. They were very easy to reach and communicate with ahead of time. The 3 movers were punctual, efficient and very careful with my belongings. They were even able to move a giant couch I thought we wouldn't be able to get into my new place. I was very happy with my experience with Anber.read more

Treat people as you want to be treated is my moto. I had a pot of coffee and water bottles ready for them.. Also, I was well prepared: removed my car from the driveway, packed well, removed shelves, removed inside stair banister, and cleared the door and hallway passage to give them room to work. The move went smoothly and all my furniture was well handled.read more

I did two moves with Anber movers, one within Montreal and the second was from Montreal to Toronto. In both moves they impressed. The movers were very friendly and professional and did the job to perfection. They arrived on time, wrapped every thing properly and moved all my stuff without a scratch. The management were also very professional. They care about their customers and follow up to confirm moving dates and times. The estimate they provided were accurate and there were no hidden fees. I strongly recommend Anber movers and will definitely use their services again when it's time to move again.read more

Very happy with movers, very efficient and friendly. Very hard working and professional. Operation is not so great with payment instructions. We were told we can e transfer 30 mins before moving complete, but a lady called with quite aggressive tone telling us we couldn't do it after we already transferred. But it worked anyway so overall I'm still happy with your service.read more

I was blessed with the help I received from Amber for moving a piano, furniture and boxes across the border. I loved the fact that the job was focused on serving me individually, so the transfer was completed door to door in less than 24 hours. The movers Alexey and Andre were very respectful, efficient, helpful and skillful in conducting the move. I highly recommend Anber movers to everyone. Graham was clear, responsive, and straightforward. His moving and packing advice was helpful—it saved us time and money. The moving team (Alex, Alex, and Roman) were friendly, careful, funny, and respectful. I didn't find any damage. We also enjoyed lunch together! My only complaint is that Anber doesn't accept debit or credit. I don't like to carry that much cash in my pocket. Thanks!read more

Anber movers staff were very professional and efficient. They covered up all my furniture and helped me dismantle my couches. I was moving a one-bedroom apartment and had a lot of furniture to move so I was worried about how long it would take since the movers charge per hour. To my surprise, it took a lot less time than I expected. My mattress wouldn't fit through stairwell at my new place, so they hooked it from the backyard and lifted it 3 stories. Very satisfied with the quality and speed of the service. Would definitely use again and recommend to everyone.read more

Friendly, professional, and reliable, both on the phone and in person. Meticulous and detail-oriented. The movers gave a courtesy call to reassure that they were on their way to meet the time window they stated which they did. They worked quickly and efficiently, taking good care of valuables, and ensuring everything was secure. Did a great job all-in-all.There was one issue however as they had damaged the front door of my new apartment during the move, so much that it couldn't close. Fortunately, despite it being a sunday night, my neighbour was a handyman who was able to help me do a patch up job until it can get fully repaired. Ideally the movers should have removed the door beforehand.read more
