Get "silk" scarf from this company. Very poor and low quality. I don't recommend.

I Haven't Been Impressed. We've placed over 40 orders with AofW and they normally take 10 days to 2 weeks for delivery, which is slower than I would like. And many have taken closer to a month, especially over Christmas, which I understand is busier. My biggest complaint is, even though they have a phone number, NO ONE ANSWERS, and email replies are 48 hours OR LONGER. Hard to run a business when this is how one of your suppliers communicates regarding customer service. And if there is a problem between them and your e-com store, it's never their fault and no one is there to help sort through the issue. It's waiting 48+ hours for an email reply. On the other hand customers have been happy with the product.read more

Warning!Be very careful about ordering leggings in sizes smaller than large. There are a few sentences on the design guidelines that state: "IMPORTANT: Please note that the default mock up is for clothing is a size large. Any important design elements, logos, or writing, can be cut off if the placement is too close to the outer edges, or seams, when the garment is sized down. Please contact us if you are concerned about design placement." that I missed when I ordered. I did not realize how dramatically different the smaller size would cut into important elements near the "red" zone. Basically, the material for the leggings is designed for large size only. Then it is simply cut down to create smaller sizes. I was sent a pdf via email after I expressed my concerns with my order. If I had had access to this pdf upon ordering smaller sizes, I would have not make the mistakes I made. ArtofWhere is unwilling to offer me any compensation for their oversight of leaving the critical pdf off the site. Once you understand what the limits of their product can be with your design, you have a good product.read more

The purchase process was a little messy (problems on their website, had to call them). They where nice, though, and once the problem solved, everything went smoothly. The leggings I ordered are nicely printed, good quality and fit alright-ish (not sure if it's the shape or the material, but they tend to pull down when walking).read more

Unfortunately, just has a very negative experience with Art of Where. After uploading my picture for clothing and pillows, something went wrong on their end and the product they printed for me was not what I requested. They insisted it was my fault, took absolutely no responsibility, and operated with no business integrity. I am now out of pocket hundreds of dollars and they refuse to repair their mistake. I would highly recommend NO ONE use this business.read more

Looked good at first: reasonable online order system, followed by a quick confirmation — and a debit on my credit card. But then nothing. After 11 days, no word at all about our order status. Worse, the "contact us" is just a web form (so no copy for me), and only after filling it in does it display "we are aiming to reply to emails within 48 hours". The tel# for "urgent matters" rings 10 times before "Please enter your remote access code". Looks like "Art of Where" may now be NOWHERE...read more

I've been working with AOW for the past couple of years and had the best opinion of both their product quality and their customer support. Unfortunately my opinion has changed dramatically this past few days days. I have been trying to talk to someone on the phone non stop for the last 48h and no one answers. It's very frustrating since I had too many delayed orders and unhappy customers who are not getting their items on time for Halloween even with orders placed early october. There is no way to talk to anyone or have updates on when the items will be ready. Might be time to start looking elsewhere, it's a shame AOW can't have a functioning phone for customer support.read more

AVOID USING THIS COMPANYWorst printing company ever and I used a plenty. They delay many of my orders, and they usually don't reply within the said 48 hours. Once their printing machine was broken - which can happen - but they didn't let the customers know. Finally when they answered after days of delays got the information about the broken printing machine which would have been repaired on the same week. It wasn't. It was 3 weeks. They lied constantly.And now I'm waiting to have something to be shipped since Friday. They don't answer why it's not shipped, it is just sitting there. Be aware of this!//Answering on AOW reply: This was not only one incident, there was a time when it took 1 and a half week just to ask for a replacement for a customer. One time you replied after 8 days (~5 business days, was no holiday). Now you didn't let me know about that the items was shipped and I had to explain my customer why his print wasn't shipped yet - which I had no idea about, because no information came to my way. It is not cool to have your customers wait, they have businesses and they rely on you. If you don't ship something in time / don't let your buyer know about any problem that occurs during the manufacturing which delays order, you ruin the businesses of your customers. So you are clear. the answer can be put into a beautiful package for the readers who read it, but to be honest: your customer service does not work.read more

Absolutely amazed with the quality of the print and the fast shipping. Ordered 1 meter of the heavy satin with various small patterns on it that I had drawn at 100 dpi, but uploaded at 300 dpi. I was worried that the design might come out blurry or that some lines might not show up, but everything came out perfectly clear. I had originally intended to use some of the fabric for the interior pockets of a bag I'm making, but it may be too nice for that! Thank you Art of Where!read more

Art of Wow! My wife knows that I get extremely frustrated with software that doesn't work properly. There are plenty of opportunities for the Art of Where software system to not work; however, every step of the creation process I've been extremely pleased and impressed. And the tie-in to our Shopify platform is flawless. I haven't yelled at my computer once! That's a miracle.Bravo Art of Where. You've helped us add to our physical store, creating a stunning artistic look, and it was relatively simple to do so.read more

I highly recommend Art of Where, not only were they able to reproduce my artwork onto the headbands and scarves they did so with true integrity to my original designs. Customer service was tremendous, both through email and over the phone. I am so happy that I found this company and look forward to conducting more business with them. Bravo to the team that makes Art of Where what it is and that's fantastic!!!!!read more

Art of Where has done an amazing job on the original artwork designed scarves I ordered, and has gone out of the way to make sure I have my second order in time for a big gallery opening coming up! Edit 10/10/17: My review was honest. I don't believe it was harsh. The email that I was sent wasn't very professional. I'm well aware of human error but I don't think that's a very good excuse. I had been waiting over a month for a replacement and I was told that the reprint would be made priority and shipped as soon as possible. All that time I thought it had been in production and it wasn't. That is simply poor management. I finally did receive my replacements but I can't say I will order from here again until it becomes more reliable.Original Review:I ordered zippered pouches and they arrived with a horrible smell like urine. Besides that, they looked very nice but obviously couldn't use them due to the smell. I was told I was going to get a new batch with a different lining fabric (that doesn't smell) but it's been over a month and I still haven't received them.read more

Wonderful products, quick turnaround, great prices, and high quality reproductions of my artwork on such a variety of surfaces.I'm in a power wheelchair. I have a cell phone case of one of my paintings. I dropped my phone and got it trapped under a wheel. All that weight bearing down - and my phone came through it without a scratch. Amazing.read more

I have yet to order from the ladies and gents here but did not have a great chat with Gail there. But she did apologize which is always appreciated. I hate that it takes them a while to get back, but I assume that's the mark of a company doing great business. Means they are super busy. I do hope once I start putting orders in, they will be able to get more support people in. But So far impressed with their selection of items to print on. I was so impressed, I forgot all of my design ideas, lol! I'll have to spend a week sketching, see what I can come up with. Good show so far ladies.read more

WOW! This was a FANTASTIC customer experience. Easy to use website. Easy to order/pay. A personal response from Maria. Easy way to pay for expedited shipping. I ordered a silk scarf with the logo of our non-profit organization. The scarf exceeded my expectations in every way! smooth silk, gorgeous color, high- quality printing. It arrived just in time for a fundraising event. I was packaged in a tasteful box suitable for gifting. I will definitely order more from Art to Where.
