From the moment i met Francis, i felt at ease and reassured that he was a man of his word! I can honestly say that from all the vendors i dealt with during my wedding planning process, i was the most impressed and grateful to have worked with Francis and his team. They are caring, passionate and extremely talented in what they do. They transformed the wedding venue and made all my pinterest inspired ideas come to life. I would highly recommend Baccino and look forward to working with them next time i have any big event. What a great experience it was. Thank you so much!

My husband and I were lucky enough to meet Francis and his wife, Chris, at an open house event at our wedding venue. From the moment we met them, we knew our search was over! They are very genuine and kind individuals who are going to go above and beyond to make sure that your special night turns out the way you imagined. Even if they don't carry the merchandise you want to display at your wedding, they will do their best to get what you want on time. My wedding venue was very beautifully decorated and my guests were raving about all evening!! I was fortunate enough to have them and would definitely recommend them to anyone planning their wedding. Look no further!! I can honestly say that they will be planning all of my future events.

When I first met Francis I was blown away with this knowledge and expertise in the industry and was excited to work with him. However, after having to chase him (twice) for the quote, he gave me BS excuses - that he was busy with over events and was finalizing my quote, and that he sent my quote to another bride (clearly disorganized)I told him I was taking my business elsewhere and rather than trying to salvage the deal and showing empathy, he simply stated "My apologies. I'm sorry to hear that, enjoy the rest of your wedding planning"Clearly he didn't my business. I would highly recommend anyone searching for wedding supplies to take their business elsewhere!!

Chris and Francis are one of the kindest people in the Event industry in Montreal, not to mention their expertise and professionalism dealing with clients and vendors. They can find any solution and their talent to be creative is fantastic. En plus, very generous and ready to help!

Francis and Chris were incredible and made our wedding day a huge success. Working 9-5 we were unable to meet during regular work hours and they were more than accommodating meeting us in the evenings. Planning events is part of my job and I was nervous about handing off the most important event in my life to a complete stranger. Needless to say everything went exactly as planned and we couldn't be happier with how the day turned out! They are truly experienced professionals who went above and beyond our expectations. I'll be calling them again if I ever need help on events in the future. Amazing service. Amazing staff. Highly recommend!
