When it comes to BBQs two subjects come up all the time. Let me begin with the question of gas vs charcoal. In my opinion the former is an outdoor stove, good for veggies and to keep something else warm. More importantly, due to global warming it should not be acceptable to use fossil fuels. Charcoal is carbon neutral! You safe the environment using one. The second subject is related to meat consumption itself... oh well, that is not a subject I will dive in. All I can say is that I never smoked a block of tofu for many hours. But I did do it for turkeys, fish, ribs,... in any case, This store has everything you need to fulfill your BBQ dreams. They helped me out since I ran out of wood chunks. Well, my wife threw them out because they were a bit mouldy - who cares? Je suis extrêmement déçu par le service après-vente de BBQ Québec. J’ai acheté un BBQ Napoléon de la série Prestige en pensant que j’achetais un produit de qualité. J’ai été malchanceux et il s’avère que le BBQ était défectueux dès sa sortie de la boite. Je m’attendais à un remplacement ou une réparation rapide, mais malheureusement, encore aujourd’hui, mon BBQ n’est pas réparé et Napoléon et BBQ Québec se renvoient la balle depuis trois semaines. Je regrette amèrement de ne pas avoir acheté mon BBQ chez Costco ou une autre grande surface.read more
