We just had both staircases done by Lavallee with the help of Joanne Dubois. She gave us excellent advice and the stairs and floors came out beautifully, we couldn’t have been more pleased. We used them to re-do both hardwood floors and carpet on stairs. Very friendly in store, spent a good amount of time with us going over samples of the carpet and showing the hardwood options. Installers were also very friendly. Jobs were done as scheduled, looks great and pricing was competitive.read more

We had new floors put in our family room recently. Steve dropped by before placing the order to make sure that the colour we were selecting matched the other older floors in our house, which was our goal.Thank goodness he did.
