By George catered my staff party at my residence as they have for many years. A couple of times we have tried to do something different and go to a restaurant but my staff appreciates much more the service and quality of food from By George. Their food is top quality, the service exceptional and the all around experience a pleasure for the guests and the host. We usually do a generous cocktail dinatoire and the guests are never without food or drink. It is all served with the most extreme discretion that you do not even notice that your glass is being filled. From the perspective of the host, when they leave...all has been cleaned, all dishes put away and all leftover food returned to containers ready for you to freeze or put in fridge. There is literally nothing you have to do after the party but to go to bed! This is especially important when you are working the next day! Kudos to Scott and his team! Thank you for making everything so effortless from choosing the menu to the clean-up. It is a relief to be able to call a caterer up and have full trust in them. I NEVER worry and I am NEVER disappointed.
