Still one of the best customer services I have ever experienced. They are very patient with their customers and they know their stuff.They also have a great selection. I purchased some kitchen floor ceramic, porcelain that has the appearance of wood for the bathroom, as well as the backsplash for the bathroom and kitchen. Will definitely be back again!read more

Had taken an appointment to redo our kitchen. We live an hour away and when we arrived we were told the person we were meeting with was running late. We waited 20 minutes to be told it would be another 30 minutes which would make our appointment almost an hour late. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. We could not wait and left without taking another appointment. I cannot speak about their products, but their service was terrible. For this reason we cannot recommend their services and definitely will not refer anyone to their store. Very big waste of time.read more

I searched several stores looking for ceramic tiles for my bathroom and kitchen. Luckily my friends highly recommended Royal Ceramics, and were they ever right! Not only do they offer competitive pricing, but the service they give goes above and beyond!!! Frank went out of his way to help me fix some tile issues that I was having with my own installer. If it wasn't for him, there's no way my bathroom would be looking this great! This is definitely the best place to shop with a wide selection of tiles, quartz counter tops and I even purchased some sleek glass bathroom shelves for the shower! (bathroom pic included, but not yet finished). I am extremely grateful for the fabulous service that the Céramique Royal team has given me throughout these stressful renovations, and even the quality of their products speak for themselves.read more

Royal Ceramic's vast & vibrant showroom has a wide variety of tile selections for all different decoration styles. Their website is truly attractive, more reason to visit the actual store in person. Staff is helpful, courteous and friendly.read more

The showroom is large and bright with the most up-to-date choices. The staff is friendly, courteous, and efficient. There is never a problem getting samples.
