Friendly and fast service! Super accommodating to the issue and pick up schedules too. I've had grip added to the bottom of many pairs of my boots, as well as one pair of tall boots expanded in the leg - the craftsmanship is great and they've held up with no problem for years. I brought in a pair off Frye leather boots that had been destroyed by a few Montreal winters and poor maintenance. What other shops had told me was impossible, he was able to completely rejuvenate my boots, replaced the heel cap, and they look good as new! I am so impressed and happy with the service and the price, highly recommend!read more

I had a copy of my apt key made. I had asked him before doing if he would reimburse if it didn't work and he said the key was guaranteed. It turns out the key he made for me went into the lock but didn't turn. I went back to his store to ask for a refund. He asked me for the original key, and without telling me what he was going to do, he went ahead and made another copy of the key. When I told him I didn't want another key, I wanted my money back, because it was the same person using the same machine and the same process, and the result would be the same. It wouldn't work. He got very angry, started cursing, gave me my money back and threw me out. It's amazing someone gets so angry for 3.45$. So be careful if you go to this store. If things don't work, you'll face a very angry store owner who gets angry because you dared ask him to reimburse you because you couldn't use what you paid for.read more

Very good and fast service! Came in with a broken snow boot (there were some holes, the zipper was broken, etc) and he was able to fix it in under 24 hours in time for me to wear them for a winter storm! Many thanksread more

The owner is very nice. I brought my old boots with literally no heel left and he fixed it completely, and added some rubber material so I wouldnt slip. Very nice work, all done in only 1 day (I didn't even have to ask, he offered such quick service). I would totally recommend if you need anything done for your shoes. Great place!read more

The owner of the shop is highly skilled in all things to do with shoes and shoe repair… He sells laces, innersoles as well as a few lines of superior quality shoes which are hard to find anywhere else. He is fast and reasonably priced… A great resource in Montreal… We must patronize these small businesses as they are quickly disappearing… And what would we do without a good shoe repair man! He has done several repairs for us, and some of them very tricky repairs from salt damage on leather including resoling a pair of beautiful knee-high boots.read more

Best place in Montreal to have your shoes resoled or fixed; very reasonably priced. Although I do not live nearby, it is worth traveling for the amazing results!

The guy here is just a complete stud. He will do a perfect job at an extremely reasonable price. If you live in the area this is simply the only place you should take your shoes for repair / post winter polish.read more
