I just used this company's drain clearing services today. They called me 1/2 hour before hand and arrived on time. They did an outstanding job, the technican's name was Luis. He wetvac'd 2 large garage and one external drain, made them spic and span (I mean all the sediment from all 3 drain reservoirs was completely evacuated) , showed how all the passages were clear by running water through them and worked quickly and efficiently. This is a 6 unit condo which was taken care of in 2.5 hours which included the 1 hour transport time. The total was $350 and was worth every penny. I highly recommend.read more

This company offers a “no dig” solution but that is not always the case. We had to dig up our front yard after they had us dig in the crawl space to access our main drain blocked with tree roots.Customer service on the phone was terrible. They actually hung up on us when we switched to English after we initially spoke and struggled in French. After months of going back and forth with the rep and owner of Drain Clair, as well as their subcontractor who all kept promising they would “work something out”, nothing was done to help us other than a offer for a marginal $300 discount only if we were to spend more money with this company, even though their solution would not fully protect us given that roots could still get in via the neighbour or city drains.We are now left with a partially replaced drain, a front yard that will need landscaping, 15k in expenses, and no peace of mind that the drain will not get blocked again. On top of that, they are no longer returning our calls, since they have been paid. We feel deceived, completely taken advantage of and excessively overcharged. All we can do is warn other people about Drain Clair, based on our negative experience.read more

Would not recommend this company. They came 3 times, I paid over a $1000 and we still don’t know what the problem is.

Nous avons fait affaire avec l'entreprise Drain-Clair et nous sommes très satisfait. L'employé a bien pris le temps d'écouter nos demandes et a réglé le problème que nous avions. Il a été très respectueux de l'environnement de travail. Quand il est partie tout était propre. Le seul problème c'est qu'il est arrivé plus tard que prévue. Mais il y avait des impondérables.read more

Un technicien de Drain-Clair est venu chez-moi pour déboucher mon drain de maison qui était complètement bloqué. Après avoir regardé avec la caméra (enregistrement remis sur CD!), nous avons pu constater l'accumulation de racine juste à l'embouchure du "main" de la ville. Service complet, courtois, rapide et efficace. Je recommande.read more

Je n'ai pas encore eu l'occassion de les avoir et déjà je suis très déçu. J'ai un rendez-vous après 3:00, car il ne précise pas l'heure avec moi. Il va m'appeler 30 minutes avant d'arriver. Depuis 3:00, j'attends leur appel. Puis je suis partie pour 5 minutes. Quand je reviens, j'ai vu un appel manqué( de Drain-Clair). Je l'ai appelé et il m'a dit: vous n'avez pas répondu alors on a passé au suivant. On ne peut vous attend. C'est ridicule! Un tel service ne mérite pas la confiance d'un client.read more

J'ai contacté Drain Clair pour un débouchage de Drain, un changement de clapet et finalement pour évaluer si le gainage serait une solution à long terme aux refoulements. Une fois sur place, les techniciens ont mentionné qu'ils ne faisaient pas de changement de clapet (malgré que je l'avais spécifié au téléphone). J'ai immédiatement soulevé le problème et rappelé Drain Clair.Malgré leur erreur Ils m'ont tout de même remis une facture, que j'ai refusé de payer avant de parler au vendeur. Le vendeur m'a rappelé 6 jours plus tard. Entre temps, il y a à nouveau eu un refoulement majeur, j'ai donc expliqué la situation au vendeur et on a refusé de m'écouter.Ils m'ont ensuite poursuivi aux petites créances et le dossier est en cours. Faites attention, cette compagnie abuse clairement ses clients. Drain Clair n'assume pas ses erreurs et préfère poursuivre que de dialoguer. Je ne serais pas surpris de voir cette entreprise à La Facture à un moment ou un autreread more

After more than a week with the main drain of my house clogged (badly) a colleague recommended Drain-Clair. I can tell you how patient they are because i called many times asking different things (like prices, procedures, availability, etc) and they answered always very politely. The guy who came to my place was on time and he got the job done. With the help of a drain camera and other tools he got my drain working fine. Although I found it a bit pricey, I was really pleased.read more

Ouf! Après qu'un premier plombier eut passé plus d'une heure sans résultats, il m'a recommandé Drain-Clair. Je craignais de gros travaux coûteux pour déboucher mon évier. Donc, avec les mêmes outils mais pas mal plus d'expérience, le technicien de Drain-Clair a réussi en 30 minutes. Par la suite il s'est assuré de bien nettoyer et que les tuyaux ne coulent plus. Ils font très attention de ne rien briser et salir. Même si ça coûte un peu cher (99$ pour se rendre et 45$/15 min.) soit 235$, je suis bien content! Donc, pour des tuyaux bouchés, il faut aller directement à une entreprise spécialisée et non pas un plombier généraliste.read more

Inspection par caméra de la canalisation principale d'égout de ma résidence faite avec professionnalisme, courtoisie et propreté. Tous mes questionnements concernant l'entretien et la prévention à propos de mes drains ont été répondus par un technicien compétent et consciencieux. On a même pu procéder au débouchage d'une canalisation sur le champ. Je recommande Drain-Clair fortement pour vos soucis en la matière.read more

Notre copropriété a fait appel aux services de Drain-Clair pour évaluer l'état du drain du toit. L'accès au toit n'est pas facile, mais ils ont relevé le défi de façon professionnelle. Nous avons obtenu un service rapide, efficace et courtois. Je les recommande sans hésiter.read more
