I had an issue with my Bang & O. Bluetooth radio. When I brought it in to get checked out, James Robinson suggested I leave it with him for the weekend for him to troubleshoot it. End result, he managed to convince B&O to replace it even though no longer under warranty!!! Good job James!read more

We are amazed. Al S. from the shop came over to our place for a home consultation about our old Bose system which has died a slow, expensive death. He carefully checked put what we had, what worked and what might replace the old unit with some new options. He was concise, brilliantly knowledgeable without being incomprehensible, transparently honest and helpful in every possible way. He was delightful to deal with and we will certainly see him again when we visit the shop to buy our new unit. Unravelling the techno babble and finding solutions could not possibly be easier or more pleasant. Bravo to E.E. and many thanks to Al, the techno dragon slayer and consiglieri to the digitally challenged.read more

TERRIBLE Company. Hired them during my house renovation to set up my TVs, audio and internet. After getting a down payment and doing half the work (which they messed up), they refused to come back unless I bought more equipment from them. I had to hire another company to finish the job, paid twice the original amount. A year later they sent me a collecor lawyer later to be paid more. BE AWARE, STAY AWAY!!!!read more
