I found Inga at iluce concepts after hours of online research based on others’ review & I felt like I found a hidden gem. I wanted to change all the old-fashioned ceiling lights of the condo I just bought. I was surprised and very impressed at how promptly Inga was able to find me all of the ceiling lights that suit my place for a very reasonable price. I also needed furnitures which Inga also looked after as my personal shopping assistant. She found excellent quality of furnitures for a very inexpensive price, and they go perfectly well with the ceiling lights. I felt like a celebrity throughout this entire process. What I appreciated about Inga, is that she’s able to find products that fits into my budget, that suit my taste. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to upgrade their home to look trendy & stylish.read more

Service à la clientèle hors pair !!! Efficace, professionnel ; ce fût une expérience très agréable d'avoir cette équipe à l"écoute de nos besoins ! Nous avons acquis un luminaire superbe de Murano et tout récemment nous avons fait faire par l'entremise de Iluce Concept et de Nadine Track photographe (qui expose ses pièces à la boutique), un montage des photos de nos voyages sur aluminium . Nous sommes tellement satisfait et nous vous les recommandons si vous chercher un service personnalisé !read more

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Iluce Concepts. Inga is a very warm, personable and most importantly knowledgeable person. She understood all the technical aspects of lighting e.g. lumens and how much light you need for a particular size room, etc. The personal shopping experience was new for me, and I really enjoyed having someone do the research for me, especially when it comes to lighting, there are TOO many options! We picked up our lights and everything was well packaged and they also helped us with the merchandise to our car. The after sales service was also as warm, understanding and gracious as the pre-sales service! This is a company that listens to their clients! I highly recommend them!!read more
