Terrible service. Had a service contract for HVAC units. When a compressor blew, they said it was because of low refregerant and they don't check that as part of the maintenance plan.They quoted to replace the compressor and we had them do the job. The first repair failed, subsequent repairs made the cost go way over the bid and the unit never worked right.read more
