This is fraud. This place is under construction and is taking bookings at the moment. To me it's a big scam.

Morality could be a good value in the life and business, you are so dishonest and you think with money, power and connections, you could do whatever you want, you could buy Power and make a problem for others without any consequences but nowadays we have internet that we can share our story here at least. I hope this building be a very bad amen for you and you get your bad karma that you deserve it.

The design is faulty and full of errors. The photos from the website are not all correct. We paid for a nice view and ended up with the view in the image below (their stupid balconies block everything and it was not even the balconies we were promised when signing the purchase agreement). I spoke to other owners and they are also upset with the balconies, we feel robbed and lied to!

I personally bought two flats in this building and 4th from this builder. I really like their projects and the after sale service is great.
