Really great customer service, helped us pick out an extra pillow for our guest room and were very friendly while doing so. Price was reasonable as well!

Very disappointed with the customer service. Purchased 5 curtains and hubby opened one package (undoing the staples only- box fine) realizing they were the wrong size and that two were stained. Brought them back half an hour later. Sales person said we couldn't return the opened one and accused me of lying about it being opened when I had told her we had held one up! Apparently they couldn't resell it because the staples had been taken out of the package (!)This was all verified through the manager. Very uncomfortable and unfortunate. Won't be shopping there again.read more

An Outstanding store with an abundance of selection from curtains, mattresses, sheets, comforter sets, and everyday home decoration items. The staff is honest, and friendly. Sometimes I go just to check out the new display to find inspiration because they have a wonderful presentation of their products. The quality of the items are great and I feel really comfortable buying from this store due to their return policy which ensures that I am not buying something that has been used. The owner is sincere, professional and humble with a high standard for customer service. I will recommend for others to go as I will definitely be returning to continue decorating my house with their products.read more

Staff is ignorant and rude.... I called before going half way across town to see if they had what I wanted and guy told me sure .....I get there theres nothing of what I wanted for 8 and 9 year olds bedrooms ...stupid girl is trying to sell me some grandma design saying its fine for kids.....Ehhhh Hell NO!!!!read more

I'm looking for 12" sheets and these are hard to find, their website states all their sheets are 12" deep from cotton to bamboo and etc. In stores, they only have 1 type that is actually 12" and it's a cheap 180 55% polyester. The website info is what actually got me to their store but the info is wrong and misleading. Oh and watch out for the cheap set written "Bamboo" on it, if you look carefully on the back, it states 100% polyester. EDIT: Added pictures showing their website states the sheets are 12” (30cm) deep. I guess whoever responds to reviews here didn’t take a look at their own website.read more

My whole house is decorated from items that i have purchased from this store. From curtains, to carpets. Towels, linens, cutlery, pillows, comforter sets. The list is endless. The owner and staff are always helpful. Prices are affordable, and items are of good quality.What i like the most. There is always new items to discover.read more

I'm very happy with this store. I've shopped here since I moved to the area a couple of years ago, and have stocked our new apartment with various things from the shop, including a mattress, sheets, kitchen towels and bath towels. I like that there is always a variety of options including natural fabrics, and the price ranges from cheap-and-cheerful to really good quality for more high-end things. The staff has always really helpful and courteous with me.read more
