Very professional experience. We have used Maqsim services several times to clean our leather sofas and clean bedroom furniture. On other occasions we used their experience in car seats cleaning. Very fast and extremely good quality.read more

Great service and friendly staff! I`ve kept my original post since I beleive that customer service is incredibly important when it comes to chosing a company to do business with, and although it was a rocky start....they made it right!!!! After my initial bad experience the owner contacted me to make things right, offered to do the work at the quoted price, then persisted (called twice to offer me apointment times after i had said yes to getting it done) to ensure I would give them a chance. I`m glad I did, the gentleman that came to the house was friendly and profesional, the couches are as clean as I could have expected! After leaving, the owner called again to ensure I was satisfied with the work. Overall i`ll be calling them again the next time. OLD POSTHorrible service, Called to make an appointment expecting it in the new years, they told me they had somebody in the area and could do it at 11am....quoted 120$ they also assured me that they where the "go to" company for mobilia and so I told them what couch I owned to ensure the quote was exact. The cleaning guy called at 10:30 to let me know he would be a half hour late, then showed up at noon (1 hour late), then after taking some pictures let me know it was 170$ but they could do it for 150$... Sent him on his way, will NEVER do business with them in the future. Update: the owner called 10 minutes after this review was posted, will honor the original price, I will update the review once the couch is cleaned. He came this time (I have reviewed him before) to clean a small tribal rug that I have in my kitchen. It was pretty dirty with grease and oil. He washed it twice and without any extra charge, offered to clean another rug as his machine still had suds. He cleaned up after his work. I asked him if he knew and upholsterer and so he called his friend. Amazing service.read more

Florin did an amazing job cleaning a very delicate and expensive sectional. He was very prompt and his price was extremely fairly. I would highly recommend this company.

I am pretty pleased with the service. I called Friday and got an appointment for Saturday. The "cleaner" was late but called to let me know. He did an excellent job in cleaning a small hide-a-bed. He told me it would take 5 to 6 hours to dry and it was dry by that time. And very clean. Paying by credit card is a little complex as the "cleaner" has to call the office so you can do the transaction over the phone. He does not bring a terminal. read more

We didn't know anything about furniture restoration and we were worried about trusting anyone. We called Maqsim. They were friendly, professional, and affordable. I rate this company 100%, our experience with them was exceptional. The result was fantastic. My couch is brand new. I highly recommend this company. read more
