Most exceptional service! Our love seat had never been cleaned before and was in desperate need of attention. Far was on time, assessed the situation and got right to work. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and the products being used. By the pride he takes in his job, you can tell this is a family run business. Our condo carpets were in desperate need of cleaning. Stains left from several years of garbage, dirt, pets, etc.I had suggested using Mima Cleaning services to our condo management company after seeing the positive reviews on Google. We spoke to Mr. Khan and he was confident that he would be able to remove most stains on the carpets. He was also priced very competitively. They came earlier this week, and the results are very positive. Most if not all, of the stains were removed. Highly recommended! Thank you on behalf of the admins/owners of 4700.read more

Bought a sofa and a couple of rugs second hand. Mima did a great job giving them all a good clean, freshening it all up. They even showed me what they removed from the rugs and couch. It was amazing. Thank you so much for your awesome service!read more

Very present, responsive, fair and extremely competent! I a had a coffee stain on my hand-made pakistani silk carpet and was worried it would not come off. The owner of Mima came directly to my house to perform the cleaning task to ensure it would go off. They are a class act, I really recommend them!!read more

Amazing Service! The first time we brought in the team from Mima for an area rug cleaning we couldn't be happier. If I could give Mima organic more than 5 stars I would. He showed up on time (a few minutes early in fact) and started right away. We had an expensive custom couch made a few years ago and thought it was done with after wine/juice/food spills that had been left when our couch was then put in storage for a year. Well it wasn't! They got every single stain out and the couch looks brand new. My wife and I couldn't believe it. Thank you Mima! Money well spentread more

If there were more stars I would give them! Armand was amazing. The service was fantastic. I had my futons in storage for 4 years so it collected dirt and dust and absorbed the smell of the locker. I was thinking of saving money and renting a steamer instead but decided to give this a try. The colour of the dirty water that was sucked out surprised us both. It was a wonderful investment and an excellent service. Armand even threw in the cleaning of some cushions. Well worth the investment!!read more

Great service, super friendly staff. Highly recommend them! They do an awesome job cleaning the carpets and even the couch too. We have pets so we call Mima every 6 months to come over and clean up any accidents they may have had they also have special organic products which is safe for them and us as well.read more

Mima cleaning services is excellent! Arman gives you nothing but excellent customer service and quality. He is honest, upfront on the quality and very sweet. The fact that he was able to get tough stains out and be organic is amazing. Having 3 small children my carpets have seen all the stains out there. Great and friendly service both on the phone and in person. Detailed explanation of processes, best price in town, and stops during the work to show before and after results (shocking how much yuck can come out of a sofa that you *thought* was pretty clean!). Great service, my couch was in very bad shape and it came out looking fresh! I was shown the dirty water that came out and I’m glad to have made the decision to get it professionally cleaned. There is no way I could have removed all that by hand. At first, Arman was not even sure he could guarantee all the stains would be gone, but he got them out. He was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an affordable cleaning service. I also appreciated that the non-toxic product is kid and pet friendly. Thank you for your great work!read more
