I came here because well we obviously were looking for sofa, and of all the stores I’ve been to in that area, this js the worst sales person. There were two lady, one old lasy, was super nice, what a sales person should be! But the other younger one, very rude and it felt like she was looking down on me. She needs to think that people come to her store is definitely looking for good and high end quality sofa, and of course, I was expecting a high level of service. I asked questions and the answers from this young lady was cold and borderline rude. After getting the ‘cold’ treatment, I didnt even feel like to try or ask about their products. I went to Maison Corbeill instead where I know their level of service is top notch and attentive. This store should send their sales people to maison corbeill and just to experience what is customer service!!read more

No one greeted us when we got in, our first interraction with a staff member was when he told us to « Get off the couch », since we might be wet. Pretentious bunch of pricks that judge you once you get in the door if you ask me. Save your money for the furniture next door : Must society, staff was friendly and great and they have awsome stuff.read more
