Their pieces are beautiful. However, their customer service is next level horrible. They delivered my table with a huge crack down the middle, and overcharged me for delivery. Now they are avoiding my emails/calls like the plague. It's been over 2 months of this (with over 10 emails + calls). A NIGHTMARE OF AN EXPERIENCE. Ordered 2 lamps june 14, at the Brossard store for pick up this week at the griffintown location, No communication as of june 20, so I called griffintown location, she says they are in Laval store, she will have them transferred here on June 21, and will call 12 noon . So at 2 pm, still no call, I called griffintown store and she says no record of being transferred to griffintown store. Now she says Tuesday!. FREAKING UNACCEPTABLE, avoid this place unless you love bad customer service and no follow thru no call backs from griffintown store manager or the brossard store salesperson. *** salesperson called, he is not sure why it happened, receiving about 8% credit back to my visa. ***read more
I take a walk to Must Societe every couple of weeks and I have bought my bed, a small table and a standing floor mirror from there. I am very happy with my purchases so far and customer service has been excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for decent quality furniture and home furnishings.read more
