I did some research and their “wet cleaning” method is one of the safest and truly environmentally friendly methods among the so-called “green” dry cleaning. The price difference compared to traditional dry cleaning using PERC (dangerous for health and the environment) is not big so it’s definitely worth the gestureread more

DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER! I cannot stress this enough. They claim to specialize in bridal but they completely ruined my wedding dress. THEY SHRUNK IT AND RUINED THE SILK. A complete disaster and totally unprofessional. I can no longer wear the dress on my wedding day.read more

Nettoyeur Écologique Royal came highly recommended by Daymor Couture, as the only dry cleaner that could clean their gown. The service was an A+ and the reception by the staff was an A++. I highly recommend!read more

Amazing fast and thorough service! My coat had some bad salt stains on it and they were able to remove them within 24 hours!

The only truly environmentally friendly "dry cleaner" in Montreal that I am aware of. Friendly and fast service. Not cheap, but not out of line with other cleaners.

Had less than a week to have a wedding dress pressed and a maid of honour’s dress altered. Michael and his team made it happen in 2 days! Great service. Ty.

Absolutely the best service anywhere!!! I've been using Nettoyeur Ecologique Royal for years for the usual cleaning and have always enjoyed the friendly atmosphere of the place. Recently I wanted to get some carpets cleaned and was informed that the pick-up day was Tuesday. So I showed up Monday afternoon to drop them off only to be told that the cleaning company had changed their pick-up day to Monday - unannounced - aaaarrrggghhh! I was hoping to have the clean carpets in place for the Thanksgiving weekend and this now seemed impossible .... not! Micheal (the proprietor) called me and told me that he would personally make a special trip to the carpet cleaners and hopefully they would be able to do them and get them to me in time. No sooner 'said than done', the carpets were delivered by Michael, cleaned, and back in my place within the week with plenty time to get set up for a great Thanksgiving with visiting out-of-town family! Michael's effort was another blessing that I was giving thanks for on the weekend.read more

We sent two burberry skirt there. they cames back with the sames stains unwashed, and the leathers straps on the side were dried and stiffs. I don't know what happen but something just went wrong. Really not satisfied... Not as expected with thoses reviews.read more

There's a reason this cleaners review score is much higher than anywhere else in the area. Customer service was amazing, quick service and reasonable pricing. To top it off 2 clients came in while I was there and just the way they were treated showed me all I had to know.read more

Why was my experience good: A. My coat was cleaned well with a noticeable difference. B. Good customer service. C. Reliable-time wise.To start with, the man who helped me was friendly and easy to talk to. When I asked him for pricing we agreed on a reasonable price and I walked away happy. I came in Wednesday and picked up the coat Friday morning in the AM. I actually bought my coat (a blend of wool and cashmere) second hand. I wouldn't say it was in bad condition at all but my jacket definitely needed some loving and there was a certain odour. Because of the dry-cleaning my coat now has a new life and smells sufficiently better. I will recommend this place to my friends and family and people in my local neighbourhood.read more
