Very professional and excellent service. They really will go out of their way to find the solution to a problem. We had to replace an old Riobel cartridge and they took care of everything. Not easy. Kudos go to Gwen and Costa for a job well done!read more

Called in the morning for something non urgent and got a plumber 2 hours later to install a toilet. The guy did a great job and was super nice.

I had an emergency on a Friday night when my bathroom faucet broke while the shower was running hot water. I could not close the faucet and the water just kept running and running which was draining the hot water tank. I called emergency plumber service and was connected to Plomberie G Courchesne Inc. and the gentelman on the phone was calm and walked me through some instriuctions on the telephone. Instead of taking advantage of the situation and making a very expensive house call at 10 pm on a Friday night, he was able to walk me through some simple instructions. I merely had to unscrew the trap door and sure enough there were 2 valves which had to be turned off. I was still able to have water supply to the rest of the house and the issue of the shower facuet was solved temporarily until I could go out and purchase a new facuet. Five Star Service.read more

J'ai bien fait de choisir G Courchesne! Ma fournaise et mon système de chauffage à eau chaude avaient grand besoin d'attention après 36 ans de loyalux service. Kevin est arrivé à l'heure et il a tout réparé toute en m’expliquant bien quel était le problème (plutôt les problèmes!) et qu’est ce qu'il devait changer comme pièces. Amazing service! We had two other compagnies come to solve a problem with the hot water in our bath and failed miserably. G. Courchesne did their research, their follow ups and confirmed that it was in fact a piece that needed to be shipped directly from the manufacturer in Europe. A month later and the issue was solved. Thanks to this team we didn't have to rip out our bath and tiling.read more

Vraiment incompétant comme plombier! Trop parresseux pour aller chercher une tête adéquate pour passer le fiche comme il faut. Fait semblant de débloquer. Ne fait aucun test par la suite et stipule qu'il faudrait arracher le mur. On a loué nous même un fiche et débloqué nous même le tuyau et vous osez facturer les gens pour du travail baclé! Quel honte sérieusement!read more

Nous avons decider de faire affaire avec Plomberie Courchesne après avoir lu les nombreux commentaires positifs! On est heureux comme tout de toute notre expérience - nous avions de nombreuses questions pour les quelques changements que nous voulions apporter à notre salle de bain qui a +40ans. Et entre Vanessa, Gwen et finalement David nous sommes hyper satisfait. On pensait qu'on allait devoir tout refaire et en fait David nous a super bien conseillé pour aller de l'avant. Son est absolument impeccable! Il est méticuleux, toujours à l'affût de solutions et rempli de bonne humeur. Nous allons donc faire notre deuxième appel de service d'ici quelques semaines, mais cette fois ci, pour faire les changements de robinetterie du bain et les carreaux. Une équipe dynamique, sympa, compétente et professionnelle! Merci!!read more

Un tres tres gros merci au plombier de courchesne.Notre tuyauterie du 4plex a geler et exploser causant de gros degat.il etait passer 12am jai essayer de contacter beaucoup de cie avant de trouver g.courchesne. Moins de 5 minutes apres avoir communiquer avec le service dappel jai eu une communication rapide avec le plombier. Il etait deja sur un appel il ma aider a controler ma fuite quil est venu reparer jusqua 3h45am C etais ma premiere intervention avec une compagnie de plomberie. Du au temps double jai eu tres peur davoir une facture sale.Le moment ou le plombier est rentrer il a examiner les lieux, a ouvert les murs et plafonds pour reparer les tuyaux qui on brises.Jai ete tres surpris de son calme , de sa rapiditer et du professionnalisme qu il a degager tout en etant toute mouille.Le probleme a ete vite regler et cela avec une facture a tres bon prix.Un gros merci a vous et a votre tres bon plombier. Je recommande G.courchesne a tous!!!read more

Bad experience with this company.Went back and forth to get material from his truck at least 10 times. Said he forgot to put in a piece. Charged another 15 minutes to fix. Did not fill kitchen sinks with water for proper testing. Water is still leaking 350$ later!!!read more

Incredible work. We completely renovated a 200 year old historical property and have had many plumbing surprises. They were bilingual and prepared to deal with every situation. They were even capable of completing our custom copper exposed bathtub faucets. They were made to order directly in the bathroom. I can't begin to tell you how hard it is to find someone capable of doing that type of work, but they accomplished it perfectly and for reasonable rate. Well done!read more

We had our kitchen sink backed up and we called Plomberie G. Courchesne around 8 o'clock at night and he came within 30 minutes. He was very professional and courteous, explained what he was doing and the problem we had. He had all the equipment and pieces need to do the work in his truck. After he finished, he cleaned the area where he worked. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional plumber.read more

We had a problem with our shower handle. I needed service promptly since we only have one bathroom. They sent over Costa within an hour from placing my call. He was very professional and courteous. The problem was fixed in no time and he even recommended some tips to help prevent wear on the seal of my tub. I highly recommend this plumbing service :)read more

We had a terrible odour in our basement apartment and no one seemed to find the problem. We called Plomberie Courchesne and within an hour they sent a team (Enrico and his assistant Julien) who investigated, located the problem and immediately started the work. They were courteous, professional and did not stop until the job was done. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a competent plumbing team.
