I removed my previous post as it made owners finally up and running. At least they worry about company reputation!The window leakage that we had turned out to be coming from the window roof, which is not under the workmanship warranty but they were extremely worried we think it is.It is mid November and I made original call in August. Our windows are still leaking and we are looking for a contractor to fix it which at this time of the year is quite difficult. read more
