Really nice sales people, 9/10 amenities, 8/10 overall quality, 2/10 after sales service. If you buy with them, expect few emails returned and very limited guarantee.

Awesome service from them meanwhile our home is being built in St-Constant. Very professional, they owe up to any unexpected delays, very friendly and cooperative.

Prevel does not honour their construction completion dates. They are full of excuses. The reality is they have too many projects on the go and not enough workers. I have moved into a building on Bassins in Griffintown along with 90 percent of the other owners into a building that is 75 percent complete. They set dates and never honour them. We are now 8 months behind with no firm commitment of when it will be completedread more
