I am truly appalled that people that claim to have 60+ years of experience have installed a gutter at a clients place that basically is a foot too short and leaks on the foundation wall. When we asked to come repair it they claim the extension drain we already had installed previously was too short...and never came back even though they supposedly have lifetime satisfaction whatever. As someone who works in the construction industry I am truly sadned that small clients have to pay for services such as this.read more
