We're very satisfied with the work they did on our house. They changed our flat roof to a roof with a small incline/slope. The foreman was kind enough to let us know that we didn't need to stay at home while they did the work. He remained in touch with me by cell phone throughout the day. Also, Charles Mercure was very patient with us, he answered all our questions and even handled some permit issues with the city BEFORE we even signed anything with PERRON COUVREURS!read more

Sometimes you get what you pay for! We got excellent and timely service, an efficient and responsive on-site work crew led by the personable Serge Lavoie, a new membrane roof, a thorough clean-up, and very jealous neighbours. Just had fourth roof done by Rene Perron roofers and as always been completely satisfied with work done.Experience was pleasant from beginning with sales rep all the way to getting the work done.These guys don't mess about...the get on the job site with what seems like an army of workers and get out a few hours later with premises clean...in some cases cleaner than when they arrived.I don't usually leave reviews on work that I get done but these guys deserve it.Keep up the great work...wishing you many years of sucess.read more

Overall positive experience. I would choose Rene Perron again if I needed to replace a roof.Positive:- Quality of the job. No corners cut. They did everything that was specified in the contract.- Comptetitve price. Over 5 biddings, Rene Perron was the company providing the best quality/price rate.- Professionalism: Their website is clean and clear. The engineer that managed my case was very professional, available and answered my questions.To be improved:- Customer service: I was in Mtl only once every two weeks and the company scheduled the replacement on a week when I was away. When I asked for a rescheduling, they again scheduled me on a week I was away. The scheduling agent was not very friendly and comprenhensive of the situation. On the postive side, the company managed to rearrange their schedule and in the end did the job on a timely manner.- Although they cleaned my property after the job was done, trash was left behind (Tim Hortons cup, chips bag and a decent amount of the old roof was left in the stairs to the main door).read more

In previous two years had two buildings worked by René Perron. In both cases, the quality of service and work exceeded expectations. Work was done very quick, with well organized planning. Documentation provided throughout process detailing almost every aspect, so that we didn't have to worry about anything!read more

I did some research before hiring Rene Perron Roof company. You know how it's important new roof replacement and after work follow-up & service. What I can say, EXCEED all expectation! Great job, great service , very reasonable cost and great material provided! During the roof work, it was some small oil spots left. So, I contacted the company and they sent special cleaner next day to remove it. I really was impressed how the company cares about his customers and provide best work and service possible. 5 star company , no question about!read more

Best roofer in Quebec. Have had 3 roofs done so far this year as well as several repairs and in past 5 years, have had over 20 residential roofs done on small and big buildings with this company. Our rep., Jonathan Hebert is the best. Always available, professional and knows his numbers. The roofers are great as are the office staff, who are always ready to help out with any payment issues. Overall i've, been in the business over 35 years and have never had such a good experience with any other roofing company. 5 Stars!!read more
