Can't recommend this company. The first guy who came didn't have the tools to do the job; the second guy who came was FURIOUS when he realized he was left with the job--and was banging my door, and swearing and yelling to the point that I was truly scared. He didn't speak to me about my options, and what I needed, because he was so hysterical, and so, when he left, I realized he hadn't installed the correct locks. I called the company right away, and they said that to send another person (the 3rd guy was great), they would have to charge me an emergency fee of $125 extra. So, in the end, I had a $500 bill for a lock--and when I called the company to the point this out, they were incredibly rude. Overall a very aggressive experience.read more

Locked myself out of my apt at 7 am in the morning. They came unlock my door in less then 30 minutes. Expensive a bit but I guess it's the price to pay when you make a mistake and need an emergency service to re enter your home. They also took my word that I would pay them later which I did. Good service. read more

After the firemen cut our deadbolt in a middle of the night emergency, I called Serrurier Beaubien. They showed up in less than half an hour and the deadbolt was changed in 15 minutes. Normal prices for a locksmith, but super fast service and the guy on the phone was nice, which is rare for such services.read more
