I am extremely disappointed with the incredible lack of service and lack of respect we received from Smart Maids. We hired them to clean our office space, the first time they were 45 minutes late and the second time they didn't even show up. We were later informed they apparently have a one hour grace period!?Extremely unprofessional.Also - they are still asking us to pay them for the time they didn't even show up?read more

I contacted SmartMaids when I was going to be having overnight guests stay with me but I was just returning from a trip when they arrived - so I had no time to prepare and clean myself. When I arrived home, I could not have been more pleased. My house looked and smelled wonderful, and everything was spotless. Excellent cleaning service! I called Smart Maids to come in to do a deep clean prior to my house being put on the market. I was very pleased with this service and my whole home sparkled when Catou and Clarissa were finished. I was able to come and go, running errands while the cleaning team was working. A very reliable, trustworthy company. I have just scheduled another appointment as I was so satisfied following my first appointment. Highly recommend this company!read more

They were efficient and very thorough with the job and left the place sparkling clean. The team of Marilyn and Helen were extremely professional and had a very good positive attitude. Overall, my wife and I had a fantastic experience with Smart Maids. We would definitely recommend their services to anybody. I was very impressed with the team (Debbie and Cassandra) dispatched to my apartment at the end of May, very happy with their service and I would like to continue to have this very team once a month. I really really liked them both. They are young and vigorous and eager to learn, which is the best trait.
