Had Osama come to my apartment less than 5 minutes ago. He shared his incredibly insightful knowledge on the situation, gave me very professional opinions as to what the best course of action would be. I've been dealing with ants for months, having exterminators come in and out; but he managed to give me a concrete plan within 20 minutes. If you're looking for an exterminator with a wealth of experience who can get the ball rolling and get the job done, I'd recommend SOS.read more

i was starting to get bites and i didnt know what it was, all i knew is that it was freaking annoying, itchy and making me lose sleep, so i called SoS -extermination and was able to get an extermination at my place in a short delay. It did the job i stopped getting bite and i can finally sleep well again. Thank !read more

When we called SOS because of bedbugs, they were so so patient and kind with us. We were in panicky mode and did not know what to do. They told us that tgey would come the next morning and patiently and calmly explained what to do. And if we could not get everything done, they would help us. Ant that is exactly what they did down to the tee.They were so professional and thorough, it was amazing!!!!!! They came for the second treatment right on time and did an amazing job again. They thoroughly explained everything about these critters ( facts and myths ) and left us totally at ease. Even one time after a couple of months, I called them panicking thinking that I MIGHT have been bitten, and they said don't even worry, we will come back again. And they did!!! I can't say enough about how professional, great and kind they we're!!!!!! Thanks a million SOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!read more

Made an appointment, they never showed up, didn't call to cancel, didn't pick up the phone the entire evening (I called and texted about 20 times to ask if they were actually coming) and never called me back or followed up afterwards. No excuse for such a lack of professionalism. Take your business to someone who will actually show up when they say they will.read more

Spent 15 minutes on the phone calming me down even though I was not (yet) a client and had no power of decision who my landlord was going to hire. Explained everything to me patiently. They said they could do a bed bug inspection daytime.No company can do a bed bug inspection in the day, any good company will confirm this this. I learned the bugs hide when there is noise or light. Companies like this rip you off saying they can inspect for bugs.SOS Extermination made an appointment, took my address, email address, asked me about availability, they confirmed the day before my availability, asked we remove all sheets and pillows etc.We got everything ready and they never showed up, they never called to cancel, they never returned our calls or messages after. We just get a weird voice mail message.At best this is horrible service and worst this is some sort of scam where they know where you live and when you are home (they ask for availability).read more
