Terrible service. 2 hour delay to receive contract for delivery. No apology for delay. Contract had errors despite sending in correct information. No apology for errors. Waited another 2 hours to correct contract. Received car with scratch, once again no apologies. Not the first time we buy from Tesla but first time with such terrible service.read more
Great experience as we walked in with no appointment (a Friday afternoon). Everyone was helpful and friendly. Absolutely zero pressure, not a typical car dealership that you're used to. The positive experience does go a long way and we placed our order for a model 3 once we got home. Amazing car! keep up the great work.read more

Went to Tesla (with the family) to look at their cars and we learned that this is not a normal car dealership. To be clear, the gentleman who showed us the model 3 never tried to sell it to us. The car sells itself, full stop. Jean-Michel (who was beyond awesome) explained the technology, servicing and what to expect from the car in the real world. He was excellent and very knowledgeable on all of the cars Tesla sells. He accompanied us on the test drive, which is a must as the technology in the car would have been overwhelming if you were trying to figure it all out and test drive the car at the same time. The actual showroom is clean, well organised and the staff is easy. Overall an excellent car experience. My advice, if you are looking to buy a new car, go there first and talk to them before you decide. There is no pressure and you can ask as many questions as you want. Overall excellent experience. Worst service ever. Provided me with wrong information for upgrades on my car. Had to go back three times to fix my door handle. A bit rude and absolutely useless staff. It’s very unfortunate that that’s the only Tesla dealership in the area if I had a choice I would never go back.read more

Love the car but not the after purchase service! I contacted them with some issues and was told a file was opened and that the service department would be in touch within a couple of weeks. Six weeks later and still no one has called or emailed! Very frustrating, considering the pre-sale service was excellent.read more

Minimalist yet elegant showroom and very knowledgeable staff. Very helpful. Great test drive on Model 3. It has a bigger trunk than most cars same size.
Sasha and Julie Perreault-Bergeron are FANTASTIC people, they will do anything to help you. The Tesla company is growing fast and there's still some process to iron out (like post delivery communication) but everytime I asked for help they were there to help/responds to the best of their knowledge.read more

Scheduled, then test drove a Model 3. Needless to say, the car is amazing. Enhanced Auto Pilot is mind blowing. The best test drive experience: completely stress free of any sales pressure and incredibly pleasant staff, in particular Ricardo. Loved the entire experience.read more
We came all the way from the USA to Montreal for a trip, when we saw that this store had a Model 3. We couldn't find one anywhere else to look at. Unfortunately, we couldn't test drive it, but we got to experience all of the other features. The people there are very friendly and they know a lot about the cars. It's very clean inside and the cars are awesome! Best showroom ever!read more

Am ready to purchase model 3 (been waiting for 2 yrs) but none available to test drive so I ask to test drive a model S and was refused! Supposedly because they are only available to people who will purchase an S. Person suggested I go to dealer in Toronto. Talk about turning customers away!read more
i ask sales guy if the CPO Tesla is a one owner/no accidents car.he replies: I'm not sure if you know how this works? we have more customers than cars, so if you want it,, you can make a $1000 non refunadable deposit & you get a car with 4 year warranty. Tesla is such a wicked awesome car. Why woukd they want to be talking this smack?****anyways- here is a BIG tip:when searching for your Tesla CPO....pls try to have patience!!!!I'm watching the pricing - they seem to reduce the price of their CPO's every 24-48 hours if they don't sell!!!Seen some cars drop over $10,000 in a week!!!!!read more

Beautiful car but the worst service ever. the worst dealership. I won't recommend it to anyone. They have a lot to learn like any other new company. The worst part about them is that they refuse to adapt and learn from their mistakes. They lie a lot about their services. Horrendous experience. Bought a brand new Tesla Model X for 115K. The car was delivered with a big scratch. One week later, the car breaks down, falcon wings do not work, problem with the firmware, cannot open the charge port from outside. It gets towed to the dealership. They say they have no loaners. They refer me to a rental company that 1) said they cannot pick me up as I live too far 2) Have no premium cars to rent anyways. Moreover, I have been trying to talk to someone knowledgeable at the service department for more than 5 hours , with absolutely no luck. I AM EXTREMELLY DISSAPOINTED.read more
