I hired The Montreal Cleaners to clean the rented apartment after the tenant moved out. The apartment was very dirty but the cleaning team did a great job , especially cleaning the rest room and kictchen stains. The price charged is very reasonable for the amount of work. I had a tenant leave the apartment very filthy and there was no way I would of been able to rent it. The team from The Montreal Cleaners came in and in 2 hours had completely cleaned the apartment from top to bottom and at a reasonable price. The team was very professional and I highly recommend The Montreal Cleaners to anyone who need a cleaning service.read more

Can’t say much but if you try to call for same day service they might have some space, very accomodating but price can also be pretty steep for last minute booking, as the minimum fee is 4 hours for a crew of 2, so basically around 200$ + tx. Anyways they were the only ones to answer on such short notice! Thanks for thatread more

I’ve used this service twice and the results were incredible both times. Most recently, the cleaner (Najate) was so incredibly thorough she didn’t miss a corner. My apartment was absolutely beautiful when I came home. The staff at the Montreal Cleaners communicates quickly, efficiently, and with respect. I look forward to hiring them again.read more

Love this service! We've been using them for regular cleanings for the last 10 months and have been extremely happy and impressed with the service. They are very responsive to email (which is my preferred method of communication) and very professional on the phone as well. The house cleaning is always very thorough and well done! The reasonable price allows us to have them come every week. We have been so pleased with this service. They are dependable, honest and trustworthy. I have never had an issue with them; nothing ever broken or missing. I recommend them to anyone.read more

Not worth it. Just superficial cleaning done. Cleaner was not thorough at all. No dusting of window sills, underside of furniture not cleaned (see photo), water marks remained on bathroom taps. Will not use this service in the future.read more

Save your money! I paid $180 for deep cleaning, my place was unfurnished and the cleaner stayed there for 5 hours... This is how I found my place after what they call “deep cleaning”. Worst part is when I contacted the office they gave me 15% off for my next cleaning! Which is not convenient at all!! I emailed them back with the images below, they did not respond!! Very disappointing!!read more

Despite good communication via email the cleaner is fully unprofessional. 1) Late; 2) lazy; 3) full of excuses for not able to clean certain window sections (I had to do it and remove window parts), 4) and no receipt given. 5)155$ for 7 windows in 45 minutes ---- shameful. Never ever again.read more

I appreciated their service, the cleaner arrived early, he was very personable and very kind, and the price was as quoted. The reason I am not fully satisfied is because I paid $100.00 for a single bedroom sanitizing + cleaning, and the outcome didn't really meet my expectations. I had cleaned the room out beforehand so it was nearly bare. He cleaned the room don't get me wrong, but the carpet in the room never got moved over and the floor underneath was still very dirty. He just cleaned the hardwood around the carpet. I thought they would have moved the furniture a little so as to get everything clean. Maybe inch the bed away from the wall to clean the wall. Or slide the bedside table over in order to clean the floor underneath. It was much more of a surface clean rather than the deep clean I had wanted it to be considering the price.read more

I so highly recommend the Montreal Cleaners. From the start, they were quick in responses, and very clear about what I'd be getting. They also promised a lot, but they absolutely delivered. They were very prompt, and okay to work around my weird schedule. They cleaned the place top to bottom, and did an incredible job, and were SO NICE. They also promise to use eco-friendly products, which is a big part of why I chose them in the first place. The products were in bottles so I could not tell what they were specifically (as they probably buy them in bulk) but the products did not have a strong chemical smell like most conventional cleaning products, so I am quite sure that they delivered in that regard as well. They also have a nice discount for returning customers, which is really nice. They are well priced, and believe me, it is 100% worth it.read more

Excellent service! Showed up on time with their own supplies, cleaned everything as advertised, worked very efficiently, and the price is right. They even asked me to check at the end and make sure everything was done properly. Would definitely hire them again!read more
