Les représentants et techniciens connaissent très bien leur produits et services et ils ont su nous accompagner non seulement dans le choix du systèmes le plus adéquat pour nous, mais aussi dans nos démarches visant l'obtention de subventions et crédits gouvernementaux. Dans un premier temps, j'ai réalisé une analysé exhaustive des manufacturiers.Non seulement d'un point de vue du consommateur mais également des prix reçus et certification énergie-star, Lennox est sans aucun doute LA MARQUE à considérer.Pour le choix de l'expert qui installera votre système, j'ai également fait plusieurs recherches. J'ai fait environ 8 soumissions et j'ai choisi Chauffage Vaudreuil.Le prix offert était compétitif, le feeling que j'avais suite aux premières échanges était bon également.Je peux vous dire que le personnel a pu répondre à l'ensemble des mes questions ( BEAUCOUP ). Ils ont pu également effectué plusieurs ajustements esthétique qui ont été demandé durant l'installation.Je suis très satisfait de la technologie choisi mais également du service de Chauffage Vaudreuil. Nous avons été très satisfaits du service offert hier lors du nettoyage de notre système d'air climatisé. Le technicien qui a effectué la visite a été ponctuel, très courtois, compétent et efficace. Le tarif demandé était raisonnable. Le technicien a répondu à toutes nos questions et a laissé l'espace de travail bien propre. When the time came to update our cooling and heating system, we did some research and decided to go with Lennox products. We then narrowed the search to three companies.We invited each of the three companies to come and give us quotes. Chauffage Vaudreuil was the third company to come in and instead of writing out a quote the same night. Mr Dominic Cyr said I would receive the quote in the next couple of days by email.Mr Cyr was also the one who asked us the most questions, and did a very detailed inspection of our existing system to be able to best match the units that would best suit our needs.When I received the quote the next day, I was very impressed at the detailed and complete information regarding the systems quoted including specs and performance data on each of the components.What I appreciated the most is that all of this came in a very easy to read format that included a Good, Better, Best, option.. The choice was very clear.. The day of the installation they arrived on time and without a shortage of manpower. At one point there were nine employees working here at the same time.. Removing the old oil fired furnace, and hot water tank. Disposing of the remaining heating oil and reservoir, as well as installing a new panel and electric line... This was an all day installThe new Lennox Thermopompe is very impressive.. I asked when they were going to turn it on and they said it has been running for the past half hour, that's how quiet it is.. The technicians did a fantastic job of explaining the sytem once installed and also made sure that everything was cleaned up and nothing left behind.. This is a family run business and Mr Cyr senior was here that day overlooking the installation. This is a company that takes pride in the work they do, and respect the clients home as if it was their own.I really am very very pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for an honest professional and reputable company, to take care of their heating and cooling needs.Thank you to everyone at Chauffage Vaudreuil for your devoted work.By the way we LOVE!!! our new LENNOX!!read more
