Given all the horror stories your hear about home reno’s , you can imagine I was hesitant when it came time to redo my bathroom.My general contractor suggested I use V.A for the installation of my bathroom mirrors and glass shower. Let me tell you, from start to finish V.A provided me with excellent professional service which help put all my initial hesitations at ease! The women I initially spoke to on the phone provided with excellent service at the start of the project and the crew that came in and installed everything were efficient, respectful and clean. I’d happily hire them again!read more

I had an emergency situation and could no longer use my shower, right before Christmas. Even though Vitrerie Alfonso was extremely busy finishing jobs before Christmas, they went above and beyond to repair my shower step before the break. The job was done perfectly, quickly, and it was an amazing experience, during a stressful situation. I highly recommend this company.read more

Our contractor recomended we use Vitrerie Alfonso for our glass shower for our bathroom reno.Their work was perfect, and installers were very polite and fast and theor work was clean. Would recomend VA to anyone.read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! 5 weeks now, to receive a quote for 2 showers. All info was sent by email. After 3 attempts by phone and 1 attempt in person. I gave up. Even though a person that dealt with them in the past insisted to contact them. I am done. If I receive this type of service now, can you imagine if I have a problem in the future. This is not a phony or bogus review. The owner can contact me if he wishes.read more

REVIEW UPDATE: I communicated with Michael off business hours, and I must say he takes his business and reputation very seriously. I did not expect his quick response. Honestly I called a few other places, because I needed specific measurements for mirrors for a project I was doing and the service was not good. But when I called here Michael the gentleman I delt with was very nice and patient and fast with an estimation I needed and the prices are very good I was so relieved it feels so good to complete projects when the material is at such good prices, Michael ended helping so much. I felt valued and comfortable and the mirrors ended being so amazing and the quality was so impressive. Viterie Alfonso has done multiple jobs for us, 2 showers and some mirrors and the quality and service have been amazing. super polite and courteous and answered any questions we might have. extremely professional installs for both jobs and we are really happy with the work.read more
