Never call them... Made an appointment at the beginning of July, they asked for an immediate payment of 200 $ to be secure the appointment. They came home on the 24th of July. The invoice was sent on the 26th of August, the cost was less than 200 $, so they had to give money back. I called them today, I'll get the reimbursement by the end of September!!! almost 2 monthes after they came home. Incredible!read more

worst customer service, just installed it last summer and this summer one of the sprinkler heads broke and I was accused by the owner himself that it was my fault or someone in my household that broke it meanwhile their technician said it just broke and was not my fault, he even told me to contest the bill which I did but they would not budge so I found another company to service it both open and closing it for the rate they charge just to close it, I cancelled my contract and they are charging me $25.00 to cancel, what a rip of, all they want is your money and don't know how to keep their customers happy, that's what happens when you get too greedy, will not recommend them.read more

Don't call call them for a service call to fix a sprinkler system they don't have the time, they don't take new clients.Great!!!

I have used Waterwell Irrigation twice, once in 1994 and then 2017. Both times the installation and service was without reproach. The staff is competent and thorough. They deliver what they promise.This year I also used the architectural outdoor lighting products and services with excellent results.read more

After 26 years with a smaller irrigation company that installed my system. I contracted with Waterwell Irrigation.Amazing very professional staff, on time delivery of service.Ryan the technician repaired and adjusted my irrigation system in a very reasonable amount of time. The end result is the system is performing more effectively and efficiently than ever. Ryan is well trained and like me believes in " no band aid solutions, do it right the first time "The system had been neglected in past years as far as preventive maintenance. I am impressed that Ryan had all the parts he needed including drip irrigation for my annuals. The visit was completed by signing the work order on Ryan's iPad, COOL !Waterwell is the real thing. I would give them a 7 star if it existed. Probably the worst customer service I've ever seen. Constantly told they are "very busy" which means too busy to help clients. They set up my system, never told me the rain sensor wasn't hooked up, finally showed up, programmed it wrong and now want to charge me to come back and fix the programming. Take your business anywhere but here.read more
