Display furniture is looking beat up. Furniture quality is suspect. Current styles are boring and mostly tired Christmas takes. Hopefully 2019 collections perk things up.

Nice furniture and decor, a bit on the pricey side. What’s nice it that they support local Montreal artists, one being Lysa Jordan, so even though they are a worldwide company you can still walk in and purchase locally made original artwork.read more

I bought a defective bed frame at this store. I returned it and exchanged it for another one, which they offered at a lowered price to compensate for the inconvenience. Fair deal. Would do business with them again.read more

Some great furniture, deco and home furnishings here. There's a coffee shop inside too. Staff is nice and helpful, check it out.

Amazing location, people super friendly and attentive, you will be able to see many items available in display and you can shop online while in there.

They have beautiful and unique items but the customer service leaves much to be desired. If you are outside the 30 day return period and you have a quality issue, you will be offered no recourse and a quick Google search will show you that these quality issues are NOT unusual. At this price point, I would expect them to stand by their products as Crate and Barrel does. I won't be shopping here again.read more
